Oklahoma in my heart

Welcome to Oklahoma

Welcome to Oklahoma

Regardless of where I find myself in the world, I am an Oklahoman through and through. Oklahoma is always in my heart, but particularly this week, as unthinkable destruction occurred throughout the state. My thoughts are with those picking up the pieces—if there are any pieces to be found—and stitching their lives back together. Every time disaster strikes our state, I am humbled by the resilience, the strength, and the love that moves the people forward, time and again. I am proud to be an Okie, and though my heart hurts for all the loss endured this week, I know you will come through. You always do. Stay strong, Oklahoma.
